Lee H. Benedict

Mr. Benedict joined the firm in 2002. With more than 30 years experience as a business attorney, Lee’s practice encompasses virtually all areas of commercial transactions and activities, including advising senior management of client companies on structuring commercial transactions, establishing negotiation and dispute resolution strategies, and integrating legal considerations with business objectives.
